| [1] Types of Membership |

The association is supported by the following types of members.
Please determine the most appropriate membership category according to your company's
field of business/particular circumstances
| Regular Member |
Corporations and individuals, who are engaged in the development,
production or distribution of computer entertainment software,
and those who provide on-line facilities or related services
necessary to use computer entertainment software, and organizations
comprised of such individuals or corporations. |
Special
Supporting Member |
Corporations who support the aims of CESA and are mainly
engaged in the development, production and distribution of game machines and computer
hardware but not mainly engaged in the development, production and distribution
of computer entertainment software, and organizations constituted of such corporations |
General
Supporting Member |
Corporations which do not come under the definition of Regular
Member, Special Supporting Member or Overseas Supporting Member but support the
aims of CESA and are willing to cooperate with CESA in its activities |
Private
Supporting Member |
Individuals who support the aims of CESA and are willing
to cooperate with CESA in its activities |
Overseas
Supporting Member |
Foreign corporations with no affiliated firms in Japan,
who support the aims of CESA and are willing to cooperate with CESA in its activities |

The annual membership fee for a regular member is determined in accordance
with the member's declared annual sales figure for computer entertainment
business related products and services for the most recent fiscal year.

| [4] Authorization of Membership |
|
All membership applications require final approval by the CESA
board of directors. Please be aware that any corporations, organizations or individuals
found to be in conflict with CESA's membership regulations may have their membership
applications refused. |

| [5] Payment of Membership Fee |
|
Upon final approval of membership by the board of directors the
applicant will be sent a copy of the CESA regulations and be billed the admission
fee and the appropriate annual membership fee. Please make payment according to
the membership regulations.
