July 2002 Notice of Association Name Change
Following the substantial transformation of the environment that surrounds the industry, we believe that the change will spread to the related field further from now on. In order to expand members and the sphere of activity which would contribute to the further development of the industry, we have come to a decision to change the name of this association. The name change was granted at the general meeting held the other day, and we had been waiting for the approval of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, which was granted on July 3. The new name for the association is "Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association", which renders the abbreviation remain the same (CESA). On the basis of the common knowledge among the gentlemen concerned, your continuous cooperation will be greatly appreciated. |
